About

Born in a removalist warehouse. Now shipping worldwide.

Eight years moving Australian households taught us what works and what just bruises knuckles. Now we're bringing those lessons to the US market.

The product

One bag. The whole house.

Rapco started with one frustration: moving sofas with plastic wrap, painter's tape, and old blankets is a waste of time, materials, and skin. There had to be a better way.

So Andrew built one. A reusable, durable, purpose-cut bag system that slips over the piece, zips closed, and gives you proper handles to carry it. Sized for every standard piece in a home — armchairs, two-seaters, three-seaters, sectionals, twin through king mattresses.

It's not flashy. It's the kind of product removalists buy once and use a thousand times.

How we think about it.

01

Built to be reused.

Every Rap is designed for hundreds of moves. The opposite of the single-use plastic and tape that lives on landfills.

02

Made for the people doing the work.

Removalists, stagers, and retailers told us what to fix. Handle placement, base friction, zip durability — all came from feedback on the floor.

03

Honest about what it does.

A Rap protects fabric and edges during a move. It's not a magic carpet. It saves time, blankets, and elbows.

The journey

Why the US, why now?

For eight years, Rapco has been the quiet workhorse behind Australian moves — household, commercial, real estate staging, the lot.

The US enquiries started arriving in 2024, mostly from removalist crews and small mattress retailers who'd come across the bags on a trip down under or via an Instagram referral.

So we built this site. The US range is the same gear we ship in Australia, sized for US furniture standards and shipped from a US fulfilment partner.

If you're a removalist, retailer, stager, or home mover with a one-time job — the product works the same on both sides of the Pacific.

Trade enquiries welcome.

If you're moving raps by the pallet — for a removals fleet, a staging warehouse, or a mattress chain — we'd love to talk volumes.
